Congratulations to Jose Rubio – Recent NCCT Graduate and Newest IBEW Local 340 Apprentice
We are proud to announce that NCCT Student Jose Rubio was just accepted into the IBEW Local 340 Union as an Electrician Apprentice!
Jose started attending NCCT in late August of 2023 at the West Sacramento Location training with Instructor Jason Billington.
While attending he earned his Confined Spaces, Traffic Control Certifications and then he successfully completed our 6 Week Electrical Training Course with Instructor Erik Lopez. He made quick progress and NCCT worked with him to bridge the gap between him and his future career as an Electrician.
