IMPORTANT NOTICE: NCCT CLASSES ARE FULL FOR THE SACRAMENTO GENERAL POPULATION, PLACER GENERAL POPULATION, AND WEST SACRAMENTO PROGRAMS FOR THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR.  

WE WILL OPEN
ENROLLMENT FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR, FOR THESE LOCATIONS, IN MARCH 2026. RIGHT NOW YOU MAY ONLY ENROLL IN THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS: SACRAMENTO COUNTY PROBATION, SAC COUNTY PAROLE THROUGH SCBC, EL DORADO, STANISLAUS. 

  • Complete the Interest Form on this site.

  • You will immediately be emailed the Welcome Packet and NCCT Application.
  • Complete your application.
  • For the quickest processing time email it to heather@ncctinc.org. If you are unable to email your completed application, you can bring it in to the main office. Office hours are typically M-F from 8:00AM-2:30PM
  • Once your completed application and required documents are processed by NCCT office staff, you will be emailed a start date.

To enroll in the program, NCCT will also at least 3 forms of identification from you. The list of Required Documents are as follows:

  • Valid California ID or Driver’s License (Color Copy)
  • Social Security Card
  • Current 3 Year DMV Printout
  • High School Diploma/Transcripts or GED Certificate
  • Selective Service Card (Males 18 -26 yrs.)
  • Permanent Resident Card

NCCT will need copies of at least 3 of the above identification documents turned in before you are eligible to sign up for specialty classes like the Electrical or Welding Classes, collect earned certifications, graduate or access job placement guidance.
