IMPORTANT NOTICE:
ENROLLMENT SPOTS IN THE SACRAMENTO GENERAL POPULATION CLASSES FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR ARE VERY LIMITED AND WILL BE ASSIGNED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.
ONCE ALL SPOTS ARE FULL, THE ENROLLMENT PERIOD WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL MARCH OF 2027, AT WHICH TIME THEY WILL REOPEN FOR THE FOLLOWING SCHOOL YEAR OF 2027-2028.

- Your interest form submission will automatically generate an email to you with the Welcome Packet and NCCT Application.
- Check your email
- Complete your application.
- Email your completed application to heather@ncctinc.org. If you are unable to email your completed application, you may bring it in to the main office. Office hours are typically M-F from 8:00AM-2:30PM
- Once your completed application and 3 required documents are processed by NCCT office staff, you will be emailed a start date.
To enroll in the program, NCCT will need at least 3 forms of identification from you. The list of Required Documents are as follows:
- Valid California ID or Driver’s License (Color Copy)
- Social Security Card
- Current 3 Year DMV Printout
- High School Diploma/Transcripts or GED Certificate
- Selective Service Card (Males 18 -26 yrs.)
- Permanent Resident Card
NCCT will need copies of at least 3 of the above identification documents turned in before you are eligible to sign up for specialty classes like the Electrical or Welding Classes, collect earned certifications, graduate or access job placement guidance.
