7:00AM-10:30AM or 11:00AM-2:30PM – Monday-Wednesday
*Mather Welding Classes (when in session) will be held- 11:00AM-2:30PM –
Thursday-Friday.

- Available to all Sacramento County Parolees
Must be enrolled at Sacramento Community Based Coalition (SCBC)
Must be 18 or older to attend Mather Location
You must know how to work as part of a team
You must be able to get to school on time
You must be willing to work outdoors
You must be willing to work drug and alcohol free

To enroll in the program, NCCT will need copies of the following documentation that applies to you.
- Completed Application
- Social Security Card
- Valid California ID and/or Driver’s License
- Current DMV Printout-(3 Year Driving Record)
- GED Certificate or High School Diploma/Transcripts – Please Note: GED Certification is available at our Mather Location through our partnership with the SCOE (Sacramento County Office of Education)
- Select Services Card (for Males 18 to 25 years old) If you do not have a current card, please register at https://www.sss.gov/RegVer/wfRegistration.aspx
- Permanent Resident Card
** Please note that you can still enroll into NCCT and begin classes even if you do not have all these documents right away. You can work on gathering these items while attending the program. We just require that you have at least 3 of these documents turned in before you will be able to collect any earned certifications that you obtain while enrolled in classes. Otherwise, we will hold your certifications until these are submitted.
