At NCCT, our curriculum combines classroom learning with hands-on training on NCCT construction sites. Every lesson is designed to prepare trainees for entry into the construction trades and for long-term success in the workforce.
While in the program, students gain opportunities to work on real community renovation projects—each one unique—while also mastering essential construction skills.

Students rotate between the classroom and jobsite/workshop, building both technical skills and life skills. Training covers:

Construction Safety
Hand Tools & Power Tools
Building Layouts & Blueprint Reading
Labor
Electrical
Plumbing
Painting
Glazing
Floor Covering
Landscaping
Roofing & Siding
Solar Installation
Hazard Training & Certifications, such as OSHA, CPR/First Aid, Traffic Control and more
